高效执行方程式 Efficient Execution Formula

       执行力是所有企业都最关注的话题之一。再好的战略和战术,缺少了执行的保障,都不过是空谈。如何提升员工的执行力,管理者们始终在思考和实践。但如果只会依赖企业改变政策、制度和流程来提升执行力,或是认为只要对员工进行教育,就能提高执行力水平,不仅仅是做白日梦,更是管理者“懒政”的表现。

     Execution is a crucial topic of concern for almost all organizations. Undoubtedly even the best strategies and tactics remain in vain without effective execution. Managers at all levels are continuously challenged to enhance the execution capability of organizational members.But if we only rely on companies to change policies, systems, and processes to improve execution, or believe that as long as we educate employees, we can improve the level of execution.  It is not just a daydream, but also a "lazy policy" of managers Performance.

       管理者在提升团队成员执行力上有着不可推卸的责任,需要采取积极的行动来实现。首先是必须让执行者充分知道那些与执行密切相关的信息 —— 绝不仅仅是任务目标那么简单。其次是要让执行者真正具备与执行相关的技能 —— 赋能并不等于培训。再者就是要要让执行者发自内心地愿意执行 —— 强迫和“贿赂”当然是最简单的,但和“发自内心”相去甚远。同时,还有一点是非常重要,就是要使执行者安心地执行。外部环境对于绝大多数执行者而言,都会造成干扰,可能令他们失去执行的勇气和动力,所以在过程中,管理者要给予充分的包容和支持。

     Managers have an undeniable responsibility to enhance the execution capability of their team members and need to take proactive actions to achieve it.

     Firstly, it is essential for managers to ensure that their employees are fully aware of information closely related to execution, which goes beyond task objectives.

     Secondly, the tasks must be performed by capable ones, meaning that managers must properly empower the workers by providing more than just necessary skill training.

     Furthermore, it is crucial for managers to ignite genuine willingness for the workers. It’s key to note that coercion and money incentives fall short compared to intrinsic motivation, which poses a challenge to managerial skills.

     Additionally, managers need to realize the vitality of creating an environment where the doers can execute with peace of mind, as external factors can disrupt their courage and drive. Managers need to provide sufficient understanding, support, and flexibility throughout the process.
