     Junqi designs its courses based on the core leadership theory - Leadership Steering Wheel©, supplemented by a range of independently developed leadership theories and tools. We have meticulously developed three major categories of dozens of training courses which have been constantly iterating and strengthened. Junqi delivers its training primarily utilizing experiential & immersive methods, complemented by case-study, reverse classroom, and lecture-based approaches, among others, we deliver the training either through offline classrooms or via online platforms. Our goal is to empower participants and enhance the effectiveness of organizations.

     Immersive method is a highly practical instructional approach that holds significant value for leadership development. It differs from experiential teaching that centers around role-playing and is fundamentally distinct from Cluedo. It does not impose specific behavioral requirements on participants but rather encourages them to fully express their individual characteristics more freely. This allows for a better self-discovery process and facilitates genuine feedback. It holds great practical significance and value in leveraging strengths and addressing shortcomings in oneself.
