       2020-2021年,钧启领导力研习社为云南亦徳实业提供组织建设和企业发展的咨询服务。

      From 2020 to 2021, JLDS provided organizational development and consulting services to Yunnan Yide Industrial Ltd. 

       期间,帮助公司梳理了企业文化,明确了发展战略,重建了人力资源中心并选聘了专业人才,调整了组织结构,对薪酬制度进行了改革,开设并实施了经理人培训班,为高管提供了一对一的教练式辅导...提供了众多的建设性意见和建议。

     During which we assisted the company refining its corporate culture, clarifying its development strategy in multiple aspects. Among which JLDS particularly supported Yide in reconstructing its HR department, hiring professional talents, adjusting the organizational structure, reforming the compensation system, and implementing a managerial training program. JLDS also offered one-on-one coaching to executives and provided numerous constructive suggestions and recommendations.

       项目得到了公司高层和各级管理人员的高度评价和一致好评,钧启首席顾问毕博士被聘任为公司CHO, 更直接地协助企业进行组织变革和方案落地。

     The program received high praises and unanimous positive feedback from senior management and executives from various levels. Dr. Bi, JLDS chief advisor was hired as Yide’s CHO to assist the organization in implementing organizational changes and driving the execution of strategies in a more direct fashion.
